Collection: MARZENA DOBERHOF

Marzena Doberhof Platin is an autodidact artist with a great interest in academic painting. She works with paintings, mixed media, collage and assemblage. Marzena draws inspiration from the old masters, architecture, philosophy and metaphysics, but also from the design and aesthetics of the 1920s and 1930s. Marzena has exhibited both in Sweden and abroad and is represented at ACN's venues in Paris and Krakow.

Marzena's work sometimes tends towards the surreal and the bizarre. In her geometric abstract works, there is a desire to organize and structure the chaos of thought and subdue the incomprehensible. Her color palette ranges from dark and muted to clear tones, often with details in gold leaf.
